after a 2-months wait in vain, the supertrapp hadn't been
shipped yet. Very disappointed, it seems so difficult to get accesories
for the savage here in Italy.
By chance, i found a readily available Mach muffler in a bike shop, that
perfectly fit. got it, for 120 USD. Now the sound is
terrific, compared to the previous one. Last sunday i was driving along the coast
in liguria, and had an electra glide just in front of me: well, the savage
sounded louder that it.
I left the heat shield, but the muffler is already changing color. thinking of removing it, but that's a minor point.
